Thanks to all who came out and enjoyed the 4th annual Big Rib BBQ & Blues Fest at Highland Park. We are planning the dates for the 2010 festival now!

The Votes Are In!

Ribbers from across the USA traveled to Rochester to compete for $6,000 in cash prizes. Prize categories included "Best Ribs" Best Sauce" and the coveted People's Choice Award! See the results of the 2010 competition here!

Mouthwatering Ribs & BBQ

Visitors to the Big Rib BBQ & Blues Fest sampled a wide variety of barbecue styles and specialties. Each Rib Master brought a unique style of preparation and a full menu of specialty items including world famous side orders. Succulent ribs, BBQ chicken, beef brisket and pulled pork were enjoyed by all! The 2010 Rib Masters included Howling Coyote Southwest BBQ, Gator BBQ, Jack "Firehouse" McDavid, Sticky Lips Pit BBQ and Texas Pit BBQ. Learn more about the food and menu at the Big Rib

21 Smokin' Hot Blues Bands

And we do mean SMOKIN' HOT! Thursday night headliners included American Idol finalist Melinda Doolittle and from New Orleans Brother Joscephus & The Love Revolution Orchestra. Friday night featured the young and the seasoned - Shemekia Copeland followed by the Average White Band. On Saturday and Sunday the musical entertainment kicked off at 12 noon. Saturday night brought the timeless power of American blues music with headliners Roomful of Blues followed by Charlie Musselwhite and his band.
