Applying Exhibitors Information

The Chrysler Park Ave Summer Art Fest is a juried arts and crafts festival. Artists and craftspeople, such as jewelers, woodworkers, fabric artists, metalworkers and ceramicists should visit the Applying Artists page.

In addition, there are other vendors in several categories of Exhibitors. Exhibitor categories are Business Exhibitors, Media Exhibitors, Not-for-Profit Exhibitors, Kids’ Exhibitors, Product Exhibitors and Other Exhibitors. NO buy-sell is allowed in ANY booth.

Set-up and Festival Hours

The show takes place on Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 10-5.  Friday evening set-up is available.  It is outdoors along 1 ¼ mile of Park Avenue on the curb going back over the sidewalk. You may drive up to booth location for set-up and tear-down. Parking is limited on the streets and there are lots to rent a parking space in a few areas.

There are preferential hotel rates, Sunday morning continental breakfast and Block Captains for assistance and booth sitting.

Categories

There are several categories of Exhibitors, as listed below. If your work does not seem to fit one of the categories, go back to the artist page.
(EO) Other Exhibitors: For artists such as caricaturists or those selling recordings of their own music.
(EB) Business Exhibitors/Commercial or Sponsors: For a limited variety of businesses. These may not compete with any artist category. Business exhibitors may be distributing information, making sales or sampling. Businesses can also apply to become sponsors of the event. For booth fees and more information regarding business exhibitors and sponsorship please contact Jeff at 585-473-4482 or email at js@rochesterevents.com.
(EK) Kids' Exhibitors: For children’s activities, such as face painting, wax hands and sand art.
(EM) Media Exhibitors: For radio stations, newspapers, etc.
(EN) Not For Profit Organizations: This cate:gory is subdivided by whether you will be fund-raising or giving out information only. You will need to enclose a copy of your 501C3 form.
(EP) Product Exhibitors*: For packaged food items produced by the exhibitor, such as mustards, vinegars, jams, sauces and fudge, handmade body care products such as oils and soaps, and other items such as handmade potpourri, candles, etc.
*Product Exhibitors (EP) in the following two categories will be judged for a first place ribbon and prize in each - Packaged Food and Body Care.
